About Pharm Achieve
Pharm Achieve, where "Education is Our Passion," is Canada’s largest pharmacy training organization. Each year, we train approximately 1 in 7 pharmacists in Canada, including around 60% of all Canadian pharmacy graduates and thousands of International Pharmacy Graduates preparing for the PEBC exams. Pharm Achieve is seeking a licensed pharmacist to join our team as a Pharmacy Curriculum Developer and Educator – EE/MCQ Exam Prep. As a member of the PEBC exam prep team, you will contribute to delivering high-quality preparation for the PEBC EE or MCQ exam, support student engagement, and uphold the educational standards Pharm Achieve is known for.
This role combines educational content development with live lecturing. You will be responsible for writing, reviewing, and editing course materials and practice questions, delivering select live sessions, and supporting students through discussions and Q&A platforms. It is ideal for someone who enjoys creating educational materials, engaging with learners, has strong attention to detail, and is committed to continuous improvement.
Hours and Location- Minimum of 20-32 hours per week
- This role requires in-person attendance at Pharm Achieve's head office, with the option to work from home 1 day per week after passing the probationary period
- Lecture Delivery: Present engaging and informative sessions based on assigned EE or MCQ topics
- Content Contribution: Assist in the development and continuous improvement of course materials and practice questions
- Student Support: Participate in discussion groups and Q&A forums (e.g., Whats App and online platforms) to help students understand course materials
- Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team members to ensure a cohesive and consistent learning experience
- Quality Focus: Maintain high standards of teaching and contribute ideas for ongoing enhancements based on feedback and best practice
- Must be a Canadian licensed pharmacist in good standing. A Pharm
D degree or accredited residency (ACPR) is preferred - Strong clinical skills, therapeutic knowledge, and commitment to staying abreast of the latest clinical guidelines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create engaging, detail-oriented content that is accurate and free of spelling, grammar, and punctuation errors
- Confident and articulate presenter, with experience delivering live lectures effectively
- PEBC Qualifying Exams:
Must have completed the PEBC exams, preferably within the last 5 years
