Director of Instruction Services & Operations Manager
Full-Time Remote Position
Harmony Educational Services is growing, and we’re looking for a strong, people-centered leader to supervise and scale our remote teaching faculty.
In this role, you aren’t just an administrator; you are a Pedagogical Coach and Operations Strategist. You will ensure our educators deliver the premium, personalized instruction that Harmony is known for, while building the scalable systems necessary for a world-class service provider.
Responsibilities The OpportunityAs the Director of Instructional Services, you will be the primary supervisor for our virtual teaching team. You will focus on instructional quality control, ensuring that our educational delivery is innovative, compliant with partner standards, and deeply engaging for students. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can balance people development with operational discipline.
What You’ll Lead- Faculty Supervision & Mentorship: Provide direct leadership to a remote team of educators. You will conduct virtual observations and provide high-impact feedback to ensure teaching excellence.
- Service Driven Pedagogy: Align instructional methods with Harmony’s unique service model—ensuring teachers are adaptable, tech-forward, and student-centric.
- Instructional Accountability: Establish clear performance metrics for faculty, focusing on student progress, family satisfaction, and adherence to our educational standards.
- Scaling Systems: Refine the workflows for teacher onboarding, resource allocation, and instructional reporting to support our continued growth.
This position plays a key role in strengthening Harmony’s internal leadership structure. You will directly influence team culture, consistency in performance, and long-term operational scalability. For the right candidate, this role offers both stability and the opportunity to shape how a growing organization operates.
Qualifications Who You Are- A Certified Teacher: Preferred, but not required.
- A Master of Virtual Pedagogy: You understand that remote teaching is a distinct skill set. You know how to coach teachers to be “dynamic on camera” and effective behind the Scenes.
- An Experienced People Leader: You have a proven track record of supervising educators. You know how to hold a high bar for performance while offering the empathy and support a remote team needs.
- The “Service Mindset”: You understand that as a provider, our success depends on the quality of our service. You are obsessed with student outcomes and partner satisfaction.
- Innovation-Oriented: You aren't satisfied with “the way it’s always been done”. You are constantly looking for tech-enabled ways to make teaching more effective and operations more seamless.
