- Fully remote position with a flexible schedule of 40 hours per week

- Develop instructional resources using Instructional Systems Design (ISD) principles for multimedia education programs
- Collaborate with faculty to design and enhance educational materials and online courses
- Track and monitor operational data to ensure continual improvement of educational interventions
- Provide coaching and mentoring to team personnel for the timely development of instructional materials
- Assist with meeting accreditation standards and reporting for educational programs
- Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design or related field;
Master’s degree preferred - Minimum of two years of instructional design experience, preferably in healthcare
- Proven experience using ISD principles for adult education programs
- Familiarity with virtual education programs, including live and asynchronous formats
- Experience in evaluating curriculum documents and instructional delivery procedures
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Experience with continuing medical education or health professions education
- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems and instructional technology
- Ability to motivate faculty to adopt new learning styles and technologies
