Elementary Teacher - MNVA

Overview

Beginning in the 2026‑2027 school year, full‑time Elementary School Teachers are needed for the Minnesota Virtual Academy due to increasing enrollments. This is a remote position where hired candidates will work out of their Minnesota home office.

Deliver essential content courses to students remotely. Support students and maintain communication with the district. Attend required professional meetings and travel to district buildings as needed.

• Current Minnesota Department of Education (PELSB) Elementary teaching license.
• Good communication skills.
• Technology skills.

For those candidates living in the Houston area, coaching opportunities are available at the Houston High School. Travel to school district buildings and professional meetings will be required throughout the year.
