Estimated Duration: 12+ months with possible extensions
Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Tallahassee, FL
. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non‑negotiable requirement from the client.
Only candidates able to relocate as required should apply to avoid removal from future consideration.
Required- Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Tallahassee, FL (required)
- Experience with developing instructor-led and computer-based training (3+ years)
- Experience with writing technical instructions
- Experience with Articulate Storyline 360 (3+ years)
- Experience with knowledge base software
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud
- Bachelor’s degree or certification in Instructional Design or other related field
- Develop and revise instructor-led and computer-based training using adult learning principles
- Create and maintain work instructions and user guides supporting operational processes
- Analyze system and procedural changes to update training and instructional materials
- Coordinate reviews, approvals, and publishing of instructional content with stakeholders
- Gather and synthesize information from SMEs and source materials to develop clear training content
- Design measurable learning objectives, course interactions, and aligned assessments
- Provide quality assurance, project coordination, and communication for training initiatives
