- Deliver live, world-class instruction to train and onboard customers, partners, and GSIs in various group sizes
- Create an engaging learning environment, initially in a remote context and potentially in person in the future
- Facilitate live co-development sessions where learners apply newly acquired skills
- Provide critical feedback to improve curriculum and teaching methods
- Build curriculum independently and become a product expert in dbt within the modern data stack
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Computer Science, Data Analytics, Education, or similar)
- 2-4 years of technical instruction or related experience
- Strong passion for teaching and creating engaging learning environments
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with stakeholders
- Experience developing curricula and shipping courses quickly
- Experience on customer education/training teams and knowledge of how training drives customer outcomes
- Familiarity with dbt and/or teaching dbt
- Experience writing analytics code (e.g., Python, R) in addition to SQL and working with databases
- Experience designing curricula with a focus on backwards design
- dbt Fundamentals badge
