AI‑powered tutoring, mastery‑driven advancement, and a fundamental break from traditional classroom conventions underpin these results. The performance data is outstanding. We now need a leader capable of aligning execution across varied school environments, elevating academic leadership standards, and serving as the public champion of a movement rooted in evidence‑based learning science.

This role is not about theoretical exploration. It is an operational leadership charge. You will direct academic strategy in practice, define rigorous standards, diagnose performance shortfalls, and mentor exceptional teams toward concrete results. You will convert our scientific principles into disciplined execution and advocate for this model on a global stage.

• Developing academic structures that convert learning science into actionable direction for curriculum design, student motivation frameworks, and application interfaces.
• Overseeing academic execution assessments with Heads of Academics to ensure school teams maintain alignment, accountability, and outcome delivery.
• Integrating data analysis, stakeholder conversations, and direct observation into comprehensive academic ecosystem evaluations that identify the most impactful obstacles to accelerated learning and recommend targeted solutions.
• Ensuring strategic coherence through planning cycles, continuous feedback mechanisms, and milestone management to sustain focus on learning objectives.
• Serving as the principal representative of 2 Hour Learning in high‑stakes forums, including keynote addresses and dialogues with education ministries, to influence global perspectives on schooling.

• Experimenting with standalone curriculum initiatives that fail to produce broader system‑wide impact.
• Producing theoretical research disconnected from measurable student outcomes or operational realities.
• Transferring accountability for results to mid‑level managers or external advisors.
• Depending on institutional prestige or conceptual arguments to win over doubtful audiences.

Expand and refine 2 Hour Learning's validated academic model by coordinating execution across school sites, raising leadership performance standards, and establishing yourself as the authoritative spokesperson for a movement built on rigorous scientific foundations and demonstrable outcomes.

• Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Learning Science, Educational Psychology, Instructional Design, or a related field
• 7+ years leading academic or EdTech teams with evidence of exceptional learning outcomes
• Proven experience applying AI or technology to accelerate learning
• Track record of public thought leadership such as media, keynotes, books, or advising
• Strong performance management skills with the ability to hold elite peers to a high bar
• Fluent in interpreting data to diagnose learning issues and direct interventions
• Comfortable engaging directly with students, parents, and school leaders

• Founded or led an innovative school model, lab school, or high‑performing EdTech venture
• Experience navigating cultural, political, or international education contexts
• Deep familiarity with Bloom's 2 Sigma research and other mastery learning frameworks
