Special Education Compliance Coordinator

• Deliver specific course content in an online environment while managing the learning process
• Develop compliant Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and related documentation
• Communicate with parents and related service staff to ensure appropriate therapies are provided
• Facilitate and lead collaborative special education meetings, including annual IEP meetings
• Monitor student progress toward IEP goals and document all interactions with students and parents

• Bachelor's degree and an active State Special Education teaching license
• Ability to clear a required background check
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and Power Point
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to new technologies and teaching platforms

• Experience working with the proposed age group
• Experience teaching online (virtual) and/or in a brick-and-mortar environment
• Familiarity with online learning platforms
• Experience supporting adults and children in the use of technology
