* Play an active leadership role in building and sustaining Home Office culture
* Engage with our school communities to actively build relationships between our schools and the home office
* Participate in & support the execution of Home Office & Network-wide events
* At least 5 years of progressive leadership experience in a school or charter management organization
* 7+ years of professional education experience
* 5+ years of school based leadership experience, including experience as a principal or school director.
* CT3 Real Time Teacher Coaching trained.
* Desire to personally and professionally grow in their practice of becoming an anti-racist educator
* An unwavering belief that all students can succeed in middle school, reach their most ambitious post-secondary goals, and lead exemplary lives
* Demonstrated understanding of, and a commitment to, DSST’s mission and purpose, teaching and learning, and student success;
* Self-awareness, a regular practice of reflection, and a desire to continuously improve
* Proven commitment to and experience with serving students of color, students with disabilities, and/or multilingual students
* 10+ Years of Professional Experience in Education
* Central office leadership experience training & developing instructional coaches.
* Experience with strategic planning and implementation, resource development and allocation, personnel and faculty development, management, and initiation of change;
* Demonstrated success with coaching and development of leaders.
