Education Elements is a dynamic education consulting firm at the intersection of K12 education transformation, custom curriculum development and print production and fulfillment. In our Curriculum Services Channel, we partner with traditional publishers, curriculum creators, and OER distributors as well as school districts and state education agencies. We provide both cutting-edge educational custom publishing services to full-service print production to fulfillment.
We’re looking for a strategic, relationship-driven Sales Account Executive to drive growth, forge partnerships, and deliver exceptional value to our clients across the education and publishing sectors. to learn more about our organization.
The Consultant is a key member of the delivery team, responsible for providing high-quality K-12 consulting services for client engagements. They will build strong relationships with clients to understand their unique needs, ensure the effective delivery of Education Elements’ solutions to achieve engagement goals, and contribute thought leadership collaboratively with the Sales, Marketing, and Research & Solutions Development teams.
Responsibilities- Build strong relationships and become a trusted advisor to clients with a clear understanding of their needs and opportunities for our organization to best support a healthy and lasting engagement.
- Maintain fluency across Education Elements’ solutions with the ability to draft and deliver compelling presentations, reports, and deliverables to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Deliver services that meet the goals of client engagements to drive high levels of client satisfaction, impact, and renewal.
- Lead engaging in-person and virtual client meetings, workshops, and focus groups to facilitate productive discussions and drive actionable insights.
- Maintain project plans and communication strategies to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of client engagements.
- Articulate ideas and complex concepts in a clear, resonant manner, tailored to diverse audiences including students, teachers, administrators, and educational leaders.
- Contribute valuable thought leadership and expertise to company strategies for client acquisition, including active participation in marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.
- At least 5+ years of experience leading projects or teams within a school, district, or state education agency for Texas based schools
. - At least two (2) years of experience as an instructional coach, principal, district leader, or in K-12 consulting
- Proven experience driving results in the K-12 education sector, with expertise in one or more of the following areas:
- Curriculum and instruction, including high-quality instructional materials
- School improvement initiatives
- Leadership development for school and district leaders
- Experience facilitating professional development and strategy sessions, both virtually and in person, for teachers and school/district leaders.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Exceptional project & time management, synthesis, and problem-solving abilities,
- Highly organized, detail-oriented self-starter.
- Content expertise in Strong Foundations, with experience supporting Reading, Language Arts, and Math programs
- Prior certifications with LASO/Strong Foundations for the State of Texas is a plus!
- Willingness to travel up to 50% (depending on seasonality)
