This remote, contract-based position is ideal for professionals with a desire to work autonomously within a proven framework. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your own schedule while supporting others in their personal and professional development journeys.

• Deliver one-on-one coaching sessions using a structured and proven approach
• Guide individuals through personal transformation and leadership growth processes
• Support clients in setting and achieving meaningful goals
• Conduct intake and discovery calls to understand client needs and fit
• Participate in regular virtual training and mentoring calls
• Share insights through social platforms (training and tools provided)

• Minimum 5 years of professial work experience
• Proficient with virtual platforms such as Zoom and basic digital tools
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience using social media for outreach or professional engagement
• Comfortable working independently with self-direction and purpose
• Interest in personal growth, human potential, or transformational education
