ELL Compliance Specialist

• Base salary around $52,000 plus eligibility for performance bonuses

• Facilitate ELL meetings to monitor and support student growth
• Collaborate with general education teachers for ELL inclusion and success
• Manage compliance documents and district-approved ELL processes
• Maintain communication with families and provide timely support to students
• Travel to testing sites to proctor state exams as required

• Bachelor's degree in education or a related field
• Minimum of one (1) year of ELL teaching experience or equivalent education and experience
• Valid state ESL teaching certification
• Ability to work independently, typically 40+ hours per week
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and Power Point

• Experience working with the proposed age group
• Familiarity with online teaching platforms such as Blackboard Collaborative or Newrow
• Previous experience in a virtual teaching environment
• Ability to support adults and children in technology use
• Experience in both online and traditional classroom settings
