We combine AI-driven coursework with personalized coaching to provide what conventional schools cannot: unlimited learning speed, rigorous exploration across sciences and humanities, and a network of intellectually matched peers. As a Learning Coach, you'll support students in grades 3–8 who are ready to push boundaries. You won't be delivering lessons—our technology manages that.

• Conducting biweekly 1:1 virtual mentoring sessions with each student, centered on academic planning, motivation, and growth mindset development
• Hosting open "office hours" where students can join for immediate support, encouragement, or problem-solving
• Leveraging AI-powered tools and dashboards to monitor student performance, pinpoint obstacles, and refine your coaching tactics
• Documenting observations, concerns, and strategic adjustments to keep each student on an accelerated learning path
• Partnering with your team to exchange best practices, raise issues, and continuously refine the coaching framework

• Delivering instruction, evaluating assessments, or assigning coursework—our platform manages the academic content
• Presenting lectures or adhering to a prescribed syllabus
• Babysitting or closely supervising unmotivated students—we mentor, not micromanage
• Attending redundant meetings or navigating administrative red tape
• Going through the motions—this team is designed for individuals committed to high performance and meaningful impact

Generate quantifiable academic progress and student engagement for virtual learners through frequent, high-value mindset coaching within a fully remote, technology-enabled environment.

• Master's degree in any field
• At least 1 year of experience coaching, mentoring, or motivating K–8 students
• Demonstrated excellence in any domain—academics, athletics, entrepreneurship, or the arts
• Strong virtual communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students rapidly via Zoom/Google Meet
• Proficient with dashboards and technology platforms for monitoring and optimizing performance
• Capacity to maintain at least 80 percent overlap with US business hours

• PhD in any field
• Background in performance coaching, sports psychology, or motivational work
• Experience working with homeschool or alternative education families

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $37 USD/hour, which equates to $75,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
