• Provide on-site, group, and virtual training and technical assistance related to school readiness and family engagement
• Support recipients in selecting and implementing child assessments, curriculum, and teaching practices appropriate for children from birth to five
• Assist programs in improving teacher/child interactions using established assessment measures
• Help develop and implement family engagement practices that foster early learning and development
• Maintain regular communication with Area Office staff regarding training and technical assistance delivery

• Minimum of a BA or BS degree in Early Childhood Education/Development or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in programs for children ages birth to five, including providing technical assistance
• 1+ year experience working with infants and toddlers
• 1+ year experience analyzing data to assist programs in making data-driven decisions
• Must have a valid driver's license and successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check

• Knowledge of Head Start programs
• 1+ year experience working within a Head Start/Early Head Start Program
• 1+ year experience related to mental health/social emotional support
• CLASS TOT certified
• Fluently bilingual (Spanish)
