Salary: £29,297 per annum - including London Allowance. This is the expected starting salary for this post. Appointment at a higher point may be made for candidates who demonstrate exceptional skills and experience relevant to the role.

Applications are invited for the post of Student Systems Officer for Student-Facing Services in the Directorate of Student Administration.
Royal Holloway, University of London is undertaking a major Project to replace its Student Record System (SRS) and transform the operating model for Student Study Services. The SRS underpins the entire student journey, from application through to graduation. This project is central to our commitment to delivering a modern, efficient, and student-focused experience. The new system will support all aspects of the student lifecycle and will play a vital role in helping the University meet its strategic goals for student recruitment and student experience.
This role will be a key member of the Project Team to implement the new system and deliver the new operating model.
The Student Systems Officer will be based in the Student Systems Teams within the Student Administration Directorate, which is responsible for delivering the administrative functions involved in the student lifecycle, from Enrolment to Award.
Under the direction of the Student Systems Manager, the Student Systems Officer will play a key role in the SRS Project. They will ensure that the user-facing elements of the SRS provide an intuitive, accessible, and secure platform through which students (including applicants) can interact with services. They will work closely with colleagues across the University to ensure the consistency of appearance and process for student-facing elements so users have a familiar experience from application to study to graduation.
The post-holder will play a key role in ensuring the system meets user needs, aligns with institutional policies, and supports an excellent student and staff experience.
