Ref Reps offers a digital platform that helps schools and organizations teach officiating—featuring standardized curriculum, interactive lessons, and POV training videos. Our goal is to empower learners by providing them with the tools and skills to experience sports from the perspective of officials. Through our proprietary content, we aim to help schools and organizations teach the core principles of officiating to recruit and retain the next generation of referees.

This is a project-based role for an Officiating Education Specialist, with work-from-home flexibility. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who deeply understand the game and enjoy breaking down information into clear, teachable moments for officials, teachers, and learners. Responsibilities include reviewing game footage and identifying teachable moments, documenting analysis, writing short, structured analysis scripts, presenting analysis on camera in a studio environment (for select projects), and contributing to the development of new resources to enhance the learner experience.

• Strong knowledge and expertise in officiating, rules interpretation, and officiating instruction.
• Strong Communication skills, including the ability to convey complex concepts in an engaging and understandable manner.
• Comfortable analyzing and explaining game situations clearly
• Passion for referee education and the sports industry is highly desirable.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a remote work model
