• Apply up-to-date expertise to the development and execution of training plans.
• Develop comprehensive training covering onboarding and employee development.
• Lead the design and execution of training programs tailored to operational needs.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to determine training requirements.
• Analyze training requests to guide curriculum development and measure effectiveness.
• Architect and develop new training programs based on organizational needs.
• Oversee project teams for curriculum design and ensure adherence to standards.

• 5+ years of Instructional Design experience.
• 5+ years in-person training and webinar facilitation.
• Advanced skills in Articulate Storyline and Rise 360.
• Proficient in Canva and Google Workspace applications.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Educated in Learning Theory and Adult Learning Principles.
• Experience with LMS administration and video creation is a plus.
