A local business in the UK is seeking an experienced L&D Specialist to support and develop staff. This full-time role is based in Eastleigh, with the option of home working 3 days a week. Responsibilities include overseeing apprenticeship programmes, managing the LMS, identifying skills gaps, and developing training plans. The ideal candidate will have extensive L&D experience, strong IT skills, and a proactive approach.
