Remote ESL Teacher – teach English to ESL students in Singapore and Hong Kong using the Cosmo curriculum. This is a flexible, 1‑on‑1 teaching role available 8‑2 PM GMT weekdays and 5 AM‑2 PM GMT weekends. You will conduct 50‑minute sessions, build a welcoming learning environment, and support students’ progress.

The pay rate is $20 USD per class, plus additional incentives.

• Provide personalized 1‑on‑1 instruction for your students.
• Update your availability in the Cosmo App in a timely manner.
• Prepare appropriate lesson materials for the student's age and ability.
• Submit class feedback after each lesson.
• Communicate with parents, students, and Cosmo staff in a professional manner.
• Attend all classes on time and in a professional setting.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience teaching grades K‑12 in ELA.
• Experience with K‑12 ELA standards and curriculum.
• Experience teaching ESL learners.
• Teaching qualification preferred but not required.
• Fast and reliable internet connection and access to a Windows or Mac PC with a minimum CPU of 6000.
• Commitment to a minimum of 6 months of teaching with Cosmo 1:1.
• Availability: 20+ hours per week, 8‑2 PM GMT weekdays and 5 AM‑2 PM GMT weekends.
• Access to a private and quiet location.
• Currently located in the UK.
• Approachable, patient, adaptive, considerate, enthusiastic, and reliable teaching style.
