Applied Online Education, Strategic Business Consultant

Job Overview  This is a great opportunity for a seasoned Strategic Advisor Consultant with a strong background in process and growth strategies for an online educational startup. In this role, you will provide expert guidance to help a new online training platform successfully create a strategic business roadmap. The ideal candidate should have extensive recent and relevant experience in the online and onsite education startup space, bringing innovative, actionable insights.

It is a remote position, working with an agile, dedicated, and passionate team.

Key Responsibilities   Assist in developing and recommending strategic plans tailored to the needs of the startup, including scaling approaches, curriculum differentiation, and technology integration.
Assist in providing hands-on guidance and mentorship to the startup’s leadership on implementing strategic initiatives and measuring their impact.
Leverage insights from the education sector to refine and optimize the school s business and educational models over time.
Assist in conducting comprehensive strategic assessments for online school startups, focusing on market positioning, audience engagement, and competitive differentiation.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment with the startup s long-term vision.
Stay updated on emerging trends in online education and integrate innovative practices into the strategic recommendations.
Qualifications   Minimum 10 years of experience in educational strategy development, specifically for online schools or educational startups.
Proven track record of advising or leading strategic initiatives that resulted in measurable growth and success for educational institutions.
Strong understanding of the latest trends in e-learning, online pedagogy, and digital education platforms.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate strategic concepts into actionable plans.
