Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid Teacher/Trainer role based in Trivandrum, with some flexibility to work from home. The Teacher will be responsible for developing and implementing lesson plans, delivering engaging and effective teaching sessions, and fostering a positive learning environment for students. Additional tasks include evaluating student performance, providing feedback, and collaborating with other educators to enhance the curriculum.
We are seeking a creative, high-energy educator to serve as the lead facilitator for our  Financial Literacy  program. This is a dual-impact role where you will both design the "missions" students embark on and lead the charge in classrooms and workshops. You will be responsible for translating complex financial concepts—like digital safety, budgeting, and the power of compounding—into exciting, game-based experiences.

Qualifications
Strong skills in Lesson Planning and Teaching
Proficiency in Education and Training practices
Excellent Communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with students and colleagues
Patience, adaptability, and a passion for education
Relevant teaching certification or qualification
Previous experience in teaching or training roles is an advantage

Energy:  High charisma and classroom management skills for school environments.
Tech Savvy:  Comfortable working with LMS platforms and digital tools.
