$35,000 - $83,000 annual

For the 2025-26 school year, various opportunities for additional pay include the following:

• $5,000 - $14,000 annual stipends for hard-to-staff Special Education positions
• $2,000 annual stipends for the hard-to-staff positions of counselor, social worker, and teacher librarian
• $3,000 annual stipend for advanced degrees
• $1,000 - $4,500 annual stipends for various extra-curricular activities
• Negotiated class averages lower than state requirements with compensation for overage*

  Candidates must have either completed at least 24 semester units worth of coursework or a bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (or Child Development), and carry at least a CTC Site Supervisor Permit (or meet all requirements needed to qualify for said permit).
