Job SummaryThe selected candidate will be responsible for teaching courses in the candidate's area of expertise.
Based on the Proclamation:
Restriction on Entry of Certain Nonimmigrant Workers (H-1B), VSU will not sponsor new H-1B petitions until further notice.
- Teach courses in Political Science, Public Administration, or Organizational Leadership.
- Post grades in a timely fashion and promptly respond to VSU emails.
- Support assessment efforts where appropriate and contribute to student success.
- Required:
Master s degree in Political Science or Public Administration, or related field. - Demonstrated commitment to excellence in teaching and learning.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative setting.
- A record of mentoring students.
