• As a Lead Teacher, take ownership of your classroom while fostering a warm, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for children ages 0–5.
• Implement curriculum through thoughtful planning, collaboration, and compassionate leadership.
• Guide daily classroom operations and mentor Assistant Teachers.
• Partner closely with families, uphold health, safety, and licensing standards, and help cultivate a positive, community-centered school culture where children and educators thrive.

• Salary range for Lead Teachers: $20.00 to $24.36 per hour plus a $2,000 sign-on bonus.
• $2,000 sign-on bonus for lead-qualified candidates will be paid out: 50% on the first pay period following your 180th day of employment and 50% on the first pay period following 270 days of consecutive employment.

Our schools operate year-round, Monday–Friday, 7:30AM – 5:30PM (Operating hours subject to change).

• Coursework completed in Early Childhood Education required; degree preferred.
• Lead Teacher eligibility per state licensing regulations.
• Experience working with children ages 0–5 in an early learning environment.
• Strong classroom management and curriculum implementation skills.
• Ability to mentor and collaborate with Assistant Teachers.
• Excellent communication skills with children, families, and colleagues.
• Commitment to health, safety, and licensing standards.
• Ability to work a full-time onsite schedule at an assigned school.
