Special Education Teacher

About This Role

TinyEYE Therapy Services is seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher to support students across California in a fully remote, school-based setting. This role focuses on delivering individualized instruction, supporting IEP implementation, and collaborating with school teams to ensure students with diverse learning needs receive appropriate and meaningful educational support.

• Deliver virtual special education instruction aligned with IEP goals
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Adapt curriculum and instructional strategies to meet diverse student needs
• Collaborate with general education teachers, service providers, and families
• Participate in IEP meetings, progress reviews, and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Track student progress and maintain compliant documentation
• Support students’ academic, behavioral, and functional skill development in a virtual setting

• Required: Active California Special Education (Teaching and Services) Credential
• Preferred:
  Experience in a school-based special education setting
• Strong knowledge of IEP development and special education compliance
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Comfortable working independently in a virtual environment
• Commitment to supporting inclusive and student-centered learning
