AI-driven tutoring, mastery-based advancement, and a fundamental break from traditional classroom design power these results. The outcomes are remarkable. We now need a leader who can align execution across varied school models, elevate academic leadership standards, and serve as the public face of a movement rooted in rigorous learning science.

This is not a position centered on academic theory. It s a leadership imperative. You ll take ownership of academic strategy in action, establish explicit standards, pinpoint gaps in execution, and guide elite teams to achieve measurable outcomes. You ll convert our scientific principles into operational rigor and advocate for this model globally.

• Developing academic frameworks that transform learning science into actionable guidance for curriculum design, motivational systems, and application development.
• Conducting academic execution reviews with Heads of Academics to ensure school teams remain aligned, accountable, and produce results.
• Integrating data, interviews, and direct observation into comprehensive academic ecosystem reviews that identify the highest-impact obstacles to accelerated learning and recommend concrete interventions.
• Ensuring strategic alignment through planning processes, feedback mechanisms, and milestone tracking to sustain focus on student learning objectives.
• Serving as the external voice of 2 Hour Learning at the highest levels, from keynote presentations to engagements with Ministries of Education, advancing systemic change in global education thinking.

• Working on isolated curriculum initiatives without achieving systemic impact.
• Producing theoretical research that lacks direct connection to student outcomes or execution.
• Offloading performance accountability to middle managers or external consultants.
• Depending on institutional reputation or abstract theory to convince skeptical stakeholders.

Expand and strengthen 2 Hour Learning s validated academic model by aligning execution across schools, raising leadership standards, and establishing yourself as the public voice of a movement founded on rigorous science and measurable results.

• Advanced degree (Master s or Ph.D.) in Learning Science, Educational Psychology, Instructional Design, or a related field
• 7+ years leading academic or EdTech teams with evidence of exceptional learning outcomes
• Proven experience applying AI or technology to accelerate learning
• Track record of public thought leadership such as media, keynotes, books, or advising
• Strong performance management skills with the ability to hold elite peers to a high bar
• Fluent in interpreting data to diagnose learning issues and direct interventions
• Comfortable engaging directly with students, parents, and school leaders

• Founded or led an innovative school model, lab school, or high-performing EdTech venture
• Experience navigating cultural, political, or international education contexts
• Deep familiarity with Bloom s 2 Sigma research and other mastery learning frameworks
