2 Hour Learning has developed a model enabling students to learn at twice the conventional speed in two hours per day. Mastery-based progression, AI-driven tutoring, and structural departures from traditional classrooms underpin these results. Performance is strong. We now seek a leader capable of harmonizing execution across varied school models, elevating academic leadership standards, and serving as the authoritative voice of a movement anchored in rigorous learning science.

This is a leadership mandate, not an exercise in theory. You will direct the academic strategy in action, establish clear performance standards, surface execution gaps, and guide high-caliber teams toward concrete outcomes. You will operationalize our scientific principles and articulate the rationale for this model to external audiences.

• Developing academic frameworks that convert learning science into actionable guidance for curriculum design, motivation systems, and application architecture.
• Conducting academic execution reviews with Heads of Academics to ensure alignment, accountability, and delivery of results across school teams.
• Synthesizing observations, interviews, and data into comprehensive academic ecosystem reviews that identify the most critical obstacles to accelerated learning and outline practical interventions.
• Ensuring strategic alignment via planning processes, feedback mechanisms, and milestone oversight to sustain focus on student learning objectives.
• Serving as the public face of 2 Hour Learning, delivering keynotes and engaging with Ministries of Education to influence global perspectives on schooling.

• Engaging in isolated curriculum experiments that lack systemic impact.
• Producing theoretical research disconnected from execution or measurable student outcomes.
• Offloading performance accountability to middle managers or external consultants.
• Depending on reputation or abstract theory to win over skeptical stakeholders.

Drive the expansion and refinement of 2 Hour Learning's validated academic model by harmonizing execution across school environments, raising leadership standards, and serving as the authoritative advocate for a movement rooted in rigorous science and demonstrated outcomes.

• Advanced degree (Master s or Ph.D.) in Learning Science, Educational Psychology, Instructional Design, or a related field
• 7+ years leading academic or EdTech teams with evidence of exceptional learning outcomes
• Proven experience applying AI or technology to accelerate learning
• Track record of public thought leadership such as media, keynotes, books, or advising
• Strong performance management skills with the ability to hold elite peers to a high bar
• Fluent in interpreting data to diagnose learning issues and direct interventions
• Comfortable engaging directly with students, parents, and school leaders

• Founded or led an innovative school model, lab school, or high-performing EdTech venture
• Experience navigating cultural, political, or international education contexts
• Deep familiarity with Bloom s 2 Sigma research and other mastery learning frameworks

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
