As an Assistant Teacher, you’ll play a vital role in creating warm, engaging, and safe learning environments for children ages 0–5. Through teamwork, compassionate communication, and hands‑on learning, you’ll support classroom activities, daily routines, and curriculum implementation while building strong relationships with children, families, and fellow educators. You’ll be an essential part of a close‑knit school community where everyone works together to help children thrive.

$18.00to $22.09 per hour for Assistant Teachers.

Our schools operateyear-round, Monday–Friday, 7:30AM – 5:30PM(Operating hours subject to change).

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Coursework in Early Childhood Education preferred
• Genuine interest in working with young children ages 0–5
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Strong communication skills and a positive, flexible attitude
• Ability to meet state licensing and background check requirements
• Must be able to work a Full-Time or Part-Time onsite schedule at an assigned school

$18 - $22.09 an hour

The compensation range represents Heartworks’ intention for this position. Actual offers may vary based on experience, education, and other business factors.
