POOL - Online Medical Coding & Billing Instructor (Continuing Education) (Part-time)

This is a continuous recruitment pool not specifically advertised. The pool is continuous in order to develop a qualified pool of interested candidates. We invite applications to be submitted for potential openings.

• Instructor will be responsible for creating course curriculum and exams
• Facilitating student interaction through course discussions
• Providing technical and student support
• Documenting student completion information
• Assisting with administrative documentation
• Providing students with information pertaining to industry publications, certification, and employment

• High School diploma or equivalency
• National certification through American Association for Professional Coders (AAPC) or American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA)
• Minimum of three to five years of coding or combination of coding and billing experience

• Online instructors must provide documentation of online teaching experience
