Conduct onsite and remote observations, assessments, and progress reviews in line with apprenticeship standards.
Support learners in completing 20% off-the-job training, ensuring learning plans are accurately recorded and monitored.
Prepare apprentices for End Point Assessment (EPA) and track their progress using e‑portfolio systems such as One File.
Collaborate with employers and workplace mentors to ensure effective development of practical and theoretical skills.

Assessor qualification (e.g., CAVA, A1) or willingness to work towards this.
Recent occupational experience in Heat Pumps and/or Low Carbon Technologies.
Relevant technical qualification (e.g., LCL Heat Pump Certification or equivalent).
Experience delivering or assessing apprenticeships or vocational training.
Strong understanding of environmental standards and low‑carbon industry requirements.
