The Role in Brief:
Student Re-Enrollment Advisor (Contract)
The Student Re-Enrollment Advisor supports the frontline execution of this new service. This role is responsible for structured outreach, student engagement, and coordinated handoffs to partner institutions to move students efficiently toward re-enrollment.
This is not a traditional academic advising or coaching role. Advisors operate within defined playbooks, outreach cadences, and escalation paths, with success measured by engagement, handoff completion, and re-enrollment outcomes.
This is a short-cycle, pilot role with the potential to become a long-term position based on program results.
Contract Duration: 6-12 months, with potential to extend or convert to full-time employment
Location: Fully remote (U.S.
-based)

Why This Role:
This role offers the opportunity to work on a high-visibility pilot focused on enrollment recovery and student re-engagement. The Advisor will work closely with the VP of Technology Partner Success and play a direct role in shaping a repeatable, revenue-linked service model for EAB partners.
Performance and insights from this role will directly inform future scale decisions, making this an opportunity for candidates who want to build, test, and operationalize a new offering while delivering meaningful impact for students and institutions.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume outbound and inbound outreach to previously enrolled students via phone, email, and SMS using structured engagement campaigns
- Engage students to identify common stop-out barriers using defined intake frameworks and determine appropriate next steps
- Execute clear, timely handoffs to partner institution offices (e.g., admissions, advising, registrar, financial aid), ensuring students do not stall during transitions
- Serve as a consistent point of coordination between students and partner institutions, providing necessary context to support efficient follow-up
- Track all student interactions, outcomes, and follow-up actions in EAB's CRM and outreach tools with high data quality and consistency
- Support the design of and leverage call scripts, messaging sequences, and outreach workflows while providing feedback to improve campaign effectiveness
- Collaborate with internal EAB teams on campaign execution, process refinement, and pilot evaluation
- Provide regular reporting on engagement activity, handoffs, and outcomes to support assessment of pilot performance
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Approximately 3+ years of experience working on a college or university campus in one or more of the following areas:
- Academic advising
- Admissions or Enrollment management
- Student success, retention, or re-engagement initiatives
- Demonstrated experience engaging students via phone, email, and text in a high-volume, outcomes-driven environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain institutional processes clearly, empathetically, and efficiently
- Comfortable coordinating across multiple campus offices and managing structured handoffs
- Highly organized, self-directed, and effective in a remote work environment
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving pilot environment with evolving processes and expectations
- Familiarity with Navigate
360 CRM or student information systems preferred

Compensation:
This is a contract position with an hourly pay range of $35.00-$48.00 per hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, geographic location, and business needs.
