Senior High School Teacher

Our client, an innovative secondary school, is seeking a highly qualified and passionate Senior High School Teacher to join their dedicated faculty. • Remote Instruction:
  Design and deliver high-quality, interactive lessons to high school students using a variety of online teaching tools and platforms. Ensure curriculum content is effectively communicated and understood.
• Curriculum Engagement:
  Contribute to the development and refinement of online curriculum materials, ensuring they are engaging, relevant, and aligned with educational standards.
• Student Assessment & Feedback:
  Create and administer online assessments to gauge student comprehension and progress. Provide timely, constructive, and personalized feedback to students on their performance.
• Virtual Classroom Management:
  Establish and maintain a positive, productive, and respectful virtual learning environment. Manage student engagement and participation in online discussions and activities.
• Student Support & Mentorship:
  Provide academic support and guidance to students through online channels. Address individual learning needs and foster a supportive learning community.
• Technology Integration:
  Effectively utilize educational technology tools and platforms to enhance the learning experience and facilitate remote instruction.
• Professional Development:
  Actively participate in professional development opportunities focused on online pedagogy, educational technology, and subject matter enhancement.
• Collaboration:
  
  Collaborate with other remote educators, academic coordinators, and administrative staff to share best practices, discuss student progress, and contribute to school-wide initiatives.
• Parent Communication:
  Maintain effective communication with parents or guardians regarding student academic progress and engagement in the online setting.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor's degree in a relevant academic subject area, along with a recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE or equivalent). Master's degree or specialized certifications are advantageous.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience at the high school level. Prior experience delivering online or remote instruction is essential.
• Subject Matter Expertise:
  Deep knowledge of the subject matter to be taught, coupled with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.
• Online Pedagogy:
  Demonstrated proficiency in online teaching methodologies, virtual classroom management, and the use of learning management systems (LMS).
• Technical Proficiency:
  Competence in using video conferencing software, digital whiteboards, and other relevant educational technologies.
