- Strong background at successfully and efficiently running Facebook ads
- Strong background at briefing and developing high converting winning ad creatives (with our graphic designers and social creators)
- Proficient at successfully and efficiently running Tik Tok GMV Max Campaigns
- Strong organizational and management skills
- Owning the overall growth and success of our online store & Tik Tok Shop
- Managing and directing our Meta media buying efforts / Facebook Ads
- Managing and developing high converting ads with creators and graphic designers
- Managing and directing our email + conversion optimization agency
- Managing and directing our Tik Tok Shop GMV Max ads campaigns
- Constantly analyzing and optimizing performance, conversion, and revenue across all eComm channels
- Building a scalable, data‑driven growth engine for Craftmix’s DTC ecosystem
- Unlimited PTO
