  • Support the design and delivery of Lexia

    UK-hosted events and training initiatives.
  • Helping onboard new team members and deliver parts of our company-wide induction programme.
What You’ll Bring
  • Passionate about literacy and educational impact.
  • Although we believe this role requires a background in education (at least 5+ years’ teaching experience), it would be particularly well suited to an Assistant Head Teacher, Head of Department, or someone with experience in Inclusion, Literacy, English leadership, or a similar area.
  • Degree-educated and highly literate, with strong written and verbal communication skills – a natural networker with astute commercial awareness.
  • Comfortable working independently, setting your own plan, and reporting results.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing market and business needs.
  • Willing to travel regularly, including overnight stays.
  • Full clean driving licence with own car.
  • No issue passing a DBS check.
  • This is a hybrid role, requiring a suitable home working environment that enables focused work and virtual collaboration. Reliable internet connection required.
