• Conducting adaptive reading workshops focused on phonics, comprehension, and fluency development.
• Creating individualized motivational experiences leveraging gamified literacy benchmarks.
• Reviewing student performance data to adjust instruction and identify actionable patterns.
• Partnering with engineering teams to assess and improve AI literacy platforms informed by classroom outcomes.
• Building scalable, AI‑supported curriculum enabling early elementary learners to reach grade‑level reading proficiency.

• Bachelor's degree plus advanced reading instruction certification (e.g., Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent).
• Minimum of 2 years delivering small‑group reading interventions to early elementary students.
• Capable of assessing reading proficiency, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated instruction independent of pre‑packaged curricula.
• Experienced with AI/adaptive learning platforms and able to respond to student interaction patterns.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship requirements.

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The role is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
