You will design and execute workshops that generate measurable improvements in phonics, fluency, and comprehension for early elementary learners, then contribute to scaling this model to campuses nationwide.

• Conducting adaptive reading workshops focused on phonics, comprehension, and fluency development
• Creating individualized motivational experiences leveraging gamified literacy benchmarks
• Reviewing student performance data to adjust instruction and identify actionable patterns
• Partnering with engineering teams to assess and improve AI literacy platforms informed by classroom outcomes
• Building scalable, AI‑supported curriculum enabling early elementary learners to reach grade‑level reading proficiency

• Bachelor's degree plus advanced reading instruction certification (e.g., Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
• Minimum of 2 years delivering small‑group reading interventions to early elementary students
• Capable of assessing reading proficiency, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated instruction independent of pre‑packaged curricula
• Experienced with AI/adaptive learning platforms and able to respond to student interaction patterns
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship requirements
• Available to work on‑site at one of these locations:
  Phoenix, AZ;
  Austin, TX;

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position.
