• Facilitate in-person and/or virtual learning experiences using existing resources and programs
• Ensure a positive and effective learning experience for all participants to achieve intended learning objectives
• Consult with business leaders to assess training needs and assist in developing appropriate solutions
• Monitor, evaluate, and document the effectiveness of training courses, recommending improvements as needed
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design and implement relevant learning programs

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Three to five years of experience delivering training in both in-person and virtual settings
• Experience designing courses using a commonly accepted instructional design model, such as ADDIE
• Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Power Point
• FINRA Series 6 and SIE (or others as required by the position) required or to be obtained within 90 days of hire/transfer

• Experience in coaching or mentoring in a corporate setting
• Knowledge of the employer's insurance and/or investment and/or banking products
• Experience in a call center environment
• Experience in a supervisory capacity within a corporate setting
