What You Will Be Doing- Conducting adaptive reading workshops that strengthen phonics, comprehension, and fluency competencies
- Creating individualized motivational experiences through gamified literacy achievement markers
- Reviewing student performance metrics to improve instructional approaches and generate practical recommendations
- Partnering with engineering teams to assess and refine AI literacy platforms informed by classroom outcomes
- Building scalable, AI-integrated materials that help early elementary learners reach grade-level reading proficiency
- Bachelors degree with advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
- At least 2 years of experience delivering small-group reading interventions to early elementary students
- Skilled at assessing reading levels, grouping students, and designing differentiated instruction without pre-written curricula
- Proficient with AI/adaptive learning tools and responsive to student behaviors within them
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Working with us. This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
