Overview
Adjunct, Occupational Therapy — Monmouth University is seeking applications to teach on-site in the Occupational Therapy department's entry-level OTD program at the Monmouth Graduate Center, West Long Branch, NJ. This is a part-time, on-site adjunct position. Courses are taught in person; adjuncts typically teach 2-6 credits per semester. - Teach 2-6 credits during the semester.
- Develop and deliver course lectures, discussions and assignments in accordance with the curriculum and learning objectives.
- Provide time during the week to meet with students outside of class.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment conducive to student engagement and academic success.
- Develop and administer projects and exams to evaluate student learning outcomes and provide grades in a timely manner.
- Provide timely feedback and guidance to students to support their learning and development.

Minimum Qualifications- Earned doctoral degree or higher in occupational therapy or related major awarded by an institution that is accredited by a United States Department of Education (USDE)-recognized regional accrediting body.
- Initial certification by the National Board of Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
- Current licensure or license-eligible in New Jersey as an Occupational Therapist.
