Job Title: Lacrosse HS Spring Head Boys - (2025-26 School Year)

The candidate must be prepared to provide evidence of their prior experience as a successful coach. They should be ready to demonstrate comprehensive leadership of a public school's lacrosse program, encompassing effective management of the team and coaching staff, as well as meticulous preparation and supervision of games and practices, equipment handling, and player motivation. Furthermore, the candidate must be prepared to articulate their dedication to the academic development and growth of student-athletes.

• Organizes the overall lacrosse program.
• Prepares players both physically and mentally for interscholastic competition through practice, teaching of fundamental skills, and knowledge of rules.
• Supervised school-community relations by keeping the community aware of and responsive to the athletic program.
• Prepares daily practice schedule and oversees the cleaning, storage, and proper care of all equipment.
• Fosters and conducts practice sessions.
• Attends VHSL clinics.
• Follows county financial policies concerning the collection and receipt of funds.

• Previous experience as a lacrosse coach or player required.
• Experience as a player at the collegiate or professional level is preferred.
