• Conduct advanced-level technical training classes and programs while also scheduling and enrolling associates
• Evaluate program effectiveness and provide feedback for continuous improvement
• Review course content and recommend enhancements based on expertise
• Research methodologies to craft appropriate learning experiences and adjust presentation materials
• Serve as a liaison to various task forces and projects based on subject matter expertise

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the area of technical expertise
• Undergraduate degree desired, preferably in an adult education-related field
• Certification in a recognized field of expertise (e.g., CPCU, AIC, API) desired
• Strong communication skills with a proven ability to explain complex technical concepts
• Exceptional understanding of adult education concepts and instructional design

• Progress towards an advanced degree in a related field
• Experience in project leadership or supervisory roles related to adult learning
• Familiarity with evaluation methods and process/workflow development
• Strong group dynamics and interactive skills
