Type: Full-Time | Executive Leadership | Reports to Founder/CEO

Compensation: $120,000–$180,000 Base + Profit Sharing (EBITDA Growth) + Health Insurance + Annual Retreats + Potential Equity

Position:
Chief Growth Officer (CGO)

We’re seeking a Chief Growth Officer to own the strategy, execution, and scale of marketing, sales, and revenue growth across our entire portfolio.

This is a high-impact executive leadership role responsible for driving each brand toward $1M+ per month in revenue and EBITDA
.

You’ll partner directly with Brandon Turner to shape the growth strategy for multiple mission-driven brands that change lives through education, community, and real estate investing.

Key Responsibilities 1. Develop & Execute Growth Strategy
  • Design and implement growth plans for each brand with clear revenue targets.
  • Drive acquisition, conversion, retention, and lifetime value across all funnels.
2. Lead Full-Funnel Growth
  • Own every stage of the funnel: ads, content, webinars, partnerships, sales, and retention.
  • Align marketing, sales, and fulfillment for consistent revenue performance.
3. Manage Paid Media & Performance Marketing
  • Launch and optimize campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, and You Tube.
  • Continuously test creatives, funnels, messaging, and audiences to maximize ROAS.
4. Content & Brand Expansion
  • Collaborate with Brandon Turner to leverage his personal brand, platform, and reach.
  • Oversee video, podcast, social, and webinar content to drive authority and conversions.
5. Data & Analytics
  • Track CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion rates, and EBITDA in real time.
  • Build dashboards and deliver weekly growth reports to the CEO.
6. Growth Innovation & Experimentation
  • Launch new funnels, affiliate programs, and viral campaigns.
  • Test and optimize creative, copy, and offers for consistent scaling.
7. Messaging & Offer Creation
  • Own offer development, landing pages, sales copy, and brand positioning.
  • Ensure all marketing aligns with the company’s voice and mission.
8. Leadership & Team Building
  • Manage contractors and freelancers (media buyers, copywriters, designers).
  • Build and lead a world-class marketing and growth team as the company scales.
9. Systems & Tools
  • Implement automation, CRM, attribution, and analytics systems.
  • Create SOPs and repeatable processes for scalable marketing operations.
10. Strategic Partnership with the Founder
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Brandon Turner.
  • Provide strategic insight, challenge assumptions, and align execution with vision.
Qualifications Required:
  • 5+ years in growth, marketing, or revenue leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of scaling revenue to 7-figure months or more.
  • Deep understanding of the entire marketing and sales funnel
    .
  • Expertise in digital marketing (paid media, content, SEO, email, affiliate).
  • Highly data-driven with advanced KPI and analytics skills.
  • Experience with funnels and automation tools (Click Funnels, Hub Spot, Go High Level , Active Campaign, etc.).
  • Exceptional leadership and communication abilities.
  • Strong copywriting and offer creation skills.
