The Mentor/Trainer/Facilitator requires the individual to mentor dependent and independent adult learners through a blended learning journey. The trainer is required to manage and coordinate all activities in relation to learners, enrolments, progress and assessments with all entities involved. Provide the day-to-day support and encouragement to ensure learners overcome any challenges. Make recommendations to management to ensure that learners are prepared for final assessments.

This is a fully remote working position
