Marketing Automation Manager to design, implement, and optimize automated marketing campaigns that drive engagement and revenue with a focus on email marketing and campaign integration into our CRM. This role is perfect for someone who loves testing, optimizing, and personalization. You ll work closely with sales, content, and product teams to map customer journeys, automate workflows, and continuously improve lead conversion rates.

- Develop, implement, and manage marketing automation workflows across multiple channels
- Optimize email campaigns for engagement, conversions, and deliverability
- Segment audiences and personalize messaging based on behavior and data
- Work with sales and marketing teams to align campaigns with revenue goals
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights
- Stay up-to-date with marketing automation trends and tools
- Oversee CRM integrations and lead scoring strategies
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot)
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and lead management (Salesforce)
- Experience with email marketing strategy and A/B testing
- Analytical skills to interpret campaign data and metrics
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Ensure email campaigns adhere to best practices and legal requirements, such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM regulations
- Implement and improve deliverability best practices
- Champion accessibility and responsive design standards in all email templates
- Knowledge of SQL or data querying
- Experience with AI-driven personalization tools
- Familiarity with web analytics and tracking
- 3-5+ years of experience in email marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Demonstrated ability to translate marketing goals into data-driven automation strategies
- Certified in email marketing platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
- Strong knowledge of email best practices, audience segmentation, and deliverability optimization
- Experience with data analysis tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of Salesforce (ideally certified)
- Proficiency in Outlook and Microsoft Office 365 tools
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Solid understanding of HTML, email templating, and responsive design principles

We offer a salary range of $60, per year, with compensation tailored to your background, strengths, and potential to grow within the team.
