• Leveraging AI to create interactive simulations that render historical events and geographic concepts vivid and lasting for learners.

• Building advanced digital resources that animate historical personalities and world regions, ranging from immersive time-travel experiences to in-depth cultural investigations.
• Partnering with a cross-functional team of educators and technology specialists to develop breakthrough methods that transform the teaching and learning of social studies.
• Converting intricate historical and geographical ideas into accessible, captivating content enriched by AI-powered customization.

Achieve quantifiable gains in students' command of social studies material, doubling the rate at which they absorb essential historical and geographic knowledge through pioneering, AI-enhanced instructional strategies.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in History, Geography, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience teaching or developing social studies curricula, with demonstrable results in improving student outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Experience with AI applications in education, such as content creation, adaptive learning, or data analysis.
• Outstanding communication skills to translate complex social studies topics into engaging narratives.

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
