Binance Accelerator Program is a concise fixed-term program designed for Early Career Talent to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. You will be given the opportunity to experience life at Binance and understand what goes on behind the scenes of the world’s leading blockchain ecosystem. Alongside your job, there will also be a focus on networking and development, which will expand your professional network and build transferable skills to propel you forward in your career.

Current university students and recent graduates

• Assist in executing online and offline events across the APAC region.
• Support local market teams in implementing regional offline events.
• Help execute key objectives and ensure smooth event delivery in the region.
• Collaborate with event specialists on pre-event promotion, on-site execution, and survey collection.
• Assist in creating event branding materials, designing agendas, and producing event content.
• Support event specialists in maintaining the event calendar and planning event schedules in advance.

• Energetic, engaging, and creative.
• Strong event planning skills with good writing ability and execution capability.
• Proficient in English reading, writing, and speaking.
• Prior experience participating in the execution of large‑scale campus events is a plus.
