• Utilize learning outcome assessments to enhance program offerings

• Equivalent to graduation from a four-year college or university in a related field
• Minimum of three years of progressively responsible professional student services work experience
• General knowledge of disability-related laws and service provisions for students with disabilities
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries while addressing student concerns
• Demonstrated experience in maintaining effective relationships with students having varied disabilities

• Master’s degree in counseling, Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a directly related field
• Experience in conflict resolution and counseling techniques
• Familiarity with alternative accessibility solutions and program development
