ResponsibilitiesWithin the department, the Coordinator oversees scholarship lifecycle management—from fund categorization and application configuration to awarding, disbursement, and quality assurance. Responsibilities include managing applicant pools, supporting scholarship committees, coordinating system testing and training, maintaining Banner and scholarship platform accuracy, monitoring acceptance and over award risks, and providing data‑driven recommendations to improve award rates and reduce un‑awardable funds. The position plays a key role in sustaining a scalable, compliant, and student‑centered scholarship operation.
QualificationsMinimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Success depends on strong collaboration and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate fund agreements and enrollment priorities into accurate system configuration. A proactive, data‑driven approach to identifying risks, improving processes, and supporting, equitable awarding is essential.
