Location:

Preferably Mumbai/Pune-based

Compensation: INR  3,60, 000 net per annum fixed component + variable incentives.

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Career Guidance Saarthi. This role requires a proactive approach in guiding students and parents through their educational journey while ensuring seamless communication and support throughout the counselling process.

Key Responsibilities

Student & Parent Engagement

- Conduct introductory discovery sessions with students and parents to understand backgrounds, aspirations, strengths, and concerns prior to initiating psychometric assessments.
- Lead follow-up sessions for long-term programs, ensuring continuity, progress tracking, and sustained engagement.
- Facilitate interview brainstorming sessions to prepare students for admissions interviews and key conversations.

Career Guidance & Counseling Support

- Support the counseling process by contributing to the development of roadmaps, guidance frameworks, and personalized recommendations.
- Where required, assist in the development and delivery of psychological counseling material aligned to student needs.
- Collaborate with the CEO and other counsellors in preparing research sheets and structured career plans.

- Application & Academic Support

- Guide students through university application processes (India and international), ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to deadlines.
- Conduct form-filling sessions and systematically track application progress for each student.
- Proofread essays, Statements of Purpose, CVs, and Linked In profiles to enhance quality and alignment with academic goals.

Research & Knowledge Development

- Conduct ongoing research on courses, colleges, universities, and emerging opportunities to strengthen the depth and relevance of guidance offered.

Outreach & Representation

- Represent Career Saarthi during school and corporate visits.
- Participate in education fairs, institutional events, and external forums to raise brand awareness and credibility.

- Systems & Team Contribution

- Maintain and update internal systems, including trackers, databases, presentations, and documentation, to ensure smooth operations.
- Support the training and onboarding of new team members on processes, tools, and service standards.
- Engage with prospective clients who inquire about Career Saarthi’s programs to drive business development.
