We are looking for a forward-thinking professional to spearhead our efforts in reimagining English and Language Arts instruction through sophisticated data interpretation, pioneering AI integration, and comprehensive subject knowledge. Your objective? To accelerate student comprehension of language principles and literary interpretation by a factor of two, spanning from foundational phonics through sophisticated textual criticism.

Our AI-powered learning platform is changing the educational landscape, allowing students to achieve mastery at twice the rate of conventional schools. We are not adjusting the existing framework; we are constructing an entirely new one, supported by compelling evidence. What You Will Be Doing
- Identifying trends in student literacy and composition data through AI analysis, converting these findings into transformative approaches that redefine language instruction and literary interpretation.
- Building AI-driven solutions that respond to diverse learning preferences, rendering grammar comprehensible, vocabulary acquisition engaging, and literary critique approachable for learners across all proficiency levels.
- Creating responsive learning sequences that adjust continuously, shepherding students from basic phonics through sophisticated textual interpretation, guaranteeing each individual advances at the most effective rate.
- Working alongside a multidisciplinary group of teachers, language specialists, and AI professionals to expand the possibilities of language education, directly shaping the educational experience of thousands of students.
- Converting classic and modern literary works into interactive, AI-enriched formats that both instruct students and spark their enthusiasm for reading and writing.

- Overseeing conventional English programs or performing administrative duties—this position centers on innovation and strategic enhancement of language arts instruction and learning within our accelerated framework.

- Concentrating exclusively on abstract concepts—each AI solution you create will tangibly influence how students comprehend and utilize language competencies in practical contexts, all within the 2 Hour Learning system.
Instructional Designer Key Responsibilities
Achieve quantifiable advancements in student English and Language Arts performance through AI-powered evaluation and execution, as evidenced by a 2x acceleration in skill acquisition across multiple areas (reading, writing, grammar, literature analysis) and grade levels, all within our innovative 2 Hour Learning model.
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Literature, Linguistics, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience teaching English/Language Arts or developing ELA curriculum, with demonstrable impact on learning outcomes
- Basic coding abilities in any programming language
- Experience designing, implementing, or using AI systems for tasks such as content generation, data analysis, or adaptive learning
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and derive actionable insights from it
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex English/Language Arts concepts to diverse stakeholders in a professional setting
